To become a member of the game is simple, just fillout the question at the bottom in an email. Send it to Captian Carvis, soon after your first email will come, hopefully within a 2 days. This is a email based game.

2)charicters wanted department(ex science, command, medical)
3)Charicters background (ex family, classes taking at the acadamy.)
4)Charicters race (ex Bajorn, human, Cardessien)

It's that simple.

Note to reader:Captian may remove an officer from the game if he/she is doing something worth taking you off for, SO USE YOUR HEAD!
